1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using EZTag at eztag.app ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

EZTag is a browser-based football match tagging application that allows users to record, analyse, and export match event data. The Service is provided by Omega Data Apps.

3. Accounts

• You must sign in with a valid Google account or email/password to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.

4. Free and Pro tiers

EZTag offers a free tier with limited features and a Pro tier with additional capabilities. Feature availability and limits for each tier may change over time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.

5. Your data

• You retain ownership of all match data, tags, team rosters, and configurations you create.
• You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your data as necessary to provide the Service.
• You can export your data at any time using the built-in export features.
• You can delete your account and associated data via Account Settings.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service.

7. Availability and warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service's fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, or accuracy.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omega Data Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time via Account Settings.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
