No. You can tag live events without video, or use a compatible camera feed for live video tagging.
Pro and Team are live for a small number of clubs while we finish self-serve billing. Email us and we will set your account up, usually the same day. Every Pro account starts with a 14-day free trial, so your first match is a rehearsal, not a verdict.
Recording is written to your laptop first, segment by segment. The cloud is a mirror, never the master, so a dropped connection delays the upload rather than losing the match. If the camera is unplugged, the recording keeps running and the disconnect becomes a gap in the same recording, which carries on when the camera comes back. If capture cannot start at all, live event tagging still works without video, and you can sync the tags to a video file afterwards.
Your subscription remains active until the end of your billing period. There are no refunds for partial months.

Live videos are compiled for download and can be saved to your Google Drive. EZTag does not provide long-term video storage.
